Peter Falconer

A piece of unknown date, but which was first recorded in 1928 to commemorate the building of the new workers' cottages at Seaton Snook, several decades earlier. The work is credited to local landowner John Franklyn, but we believe it was more likely to have been written by Gaynor Leigh.
